“The resumption of activities of organizations performing construction (repair) work is allowed from the date of sending notifications to the central executive bodies of state power of the Moscow region, local authorities of municipalities of the Moscow region specified in this clause, but not earlier than May 18, 2020,” it says in the text of the resolution published on the website of the regional government.
It is specified that retail facilities selling construction materials will also be able to resume work no earlier than May 18.
