"It has worked really well," says unit manager Anna Thoors, who came up with the idea together with a colleague.

There has been a ban on visitors for over a month at Orrmyrgården and many have wanted to visit the residents there. At first they were thinking of putting up a kind of screen to receive visitors, but at the end of last week the whole solution came into place with a table, two benches and a large protective plastic mounted between the visitor and the resident. Everything has been placed under the roof but outdoors next to the entrance to the elderly housing.

- Although the plastic may make it a little difficult for some to hear what is being said, it still provides a kind of closeness when you can see each other, says Anna Thoors.
