According to him, efforts should be directed to “informational counteraction of hybrid aggression”.
In April, the National Security and Defense Council prepared a draft decision on the application of sanctions against Russian social networks and IT companies.
In the spring of 2017, then-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko approved the NSDC decision on sanctions against individuals and legal entities from Russia, including VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, as well as Yandex and Mail.ru Internet resources.
