A client, his second, a delivery man and a driver. In early May, police officers from the Bas-Rhin departmental security arrested four people suspected of being associated with what appears to be a home drug delivery service. Since mid-April, that is to say since the beginning of the confinement, the latter had been offering their goods from Strasbourg on Snapchat messaging, with the prices, to people who could no longer move to supply themselves with narcotics.

Alerted, the police retrieved certain messages and set up surveillance. For two days, the investigators followed the suspects' car for over 500 km, on the roads of the Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, and neighboring municipalities of Moselle. Each time, the delivery man warned the customer of his arrival at the last moment, via Snapchat, and they decided together the place of delivery.

35,000 euros in cash

The driver of the vehicle and the delivery man were arrested in Matzenheim, in the company of a client. The client and an individual who had assisted him were arrested at their home in the western suburbs of Strasbourg. In total, the investigators found 35,000 euros in cash, 1.1 kg of cannabis resin, more than 50 sachets of ecstasy and more than 30 g of cocaine.

The driver, in her 40s, and the other three suspects, between 27 and 29, were imprisoned. Among them, two men are known to the justice system, one of whom is for trafficking. The client who had also been arrested was released.
