May 11, 2020 No IRAP in June for businesses, emergency income in two tranches to help the most needy families, resources for Covid containment measures in schools and to strengthen summer camps, prizes of up to 1,000 euros for doctors and nurses; 2.5 billion to help companies that have to comply with the rules for restarting and no Tosap on the outdoor tables of bars and restaurants. It ranges from families to companies, from school to health, the field of action of the Relaunch decree.

A provision with resources for 55 billion, which in the latest drafts is presented as a maxi-decree with 258 articles. The filing work is not yet finished but at the moment the big chapters are confirmed, from the renewal of the shock absorbers, to the baby-sitter leave-bonus package, until the postponement of the tax deadlines in September and concrete help for the next holidays of the Italians, on which has just arrived the awaited go-ahead of Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. 

The incoming decree is "very full-bodied" as evidenced by the "imposing size", explains the Minister of Economy Roberto Gualtieri in the evening, surprisingly announcing the measure loudly requested by the companies and first by the designated president of Confindustria, Carlo Bonomi : "We will subscribe - he announced - the balance and deposit of Irap" in June. While on the painful keys of liquidity and delays of the cig promises that the government will do more: in the decree there will be measures to accelerate the cig in derogation and liquidity is asked "a greater commitment" also to the banks.
