It appears that the crisis of the Egyptians 'complaint about the low level of quarantine areas for returnees from abroad not only revealed the infrastructure crisis in the health sector, and the return of Egyptians to the authorities' neglect of the authorities, but also revealed discrepancies in the media arms of the regime of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

While the broadcaster close to the security services, Amr Adib, tried to catch the widespread anger and absolve the authority after his provocative attack on the returning Egyptians from abroad, another announcer close to the security services also came out, to defend these Egyptians and their right to complain, and criticize those who attack them.

Ahmed Moussa's statements were considered by some to be a critic of Adeeb, but others saw her as an attempt by the Authority to clear her name of Adeeb's statements, which drew further criticism of her management of the crisis of the spread of the Corona virus.

Complaint and dissatisfaction

The story started with social media pioneering clips of some returning Egyptians from abroad complaining about the low level of quarantine inside the university cities originally designated for university students housing, which the Egyptian government allocated to them, and they said that it does not amount to human use.

Last week, Egypt started returning the stranded, after weeks of complaints and appeals ended in riots in Kuwait, and demands for the deportation of the Egyptians, while activists said that the Kuwaiti government had borne the expenses of returning the Egyptians.

With the wide interaction and anger that these video clips caused among the Egyptians, Amr Adib strived to attack the returning Egyptians from abroad, in a way that angered the pioneers of the communication sites.

"Frankly, we were not prepared to receive you ... If we knew that you would be angry, we would ask you to wait for a year until the stone is arranged to suit you," Adeeb said, mocking complaints about the deterioration of the quarantine places.

He added that these are the conditions available for whoever wants from the state a quarantine free of charge, but whoever wants a better level must pay the amounts required for quarantine in luxury hotels.

In his theatrical way, and in a manner considered by some to be a severe insult, Adeeb called on those who upset those situations not to return to Egypt.

Criticism

Adeeb's sarcasm and his use of loud voice to attack the Egyptians, sparked a storm of criticism on networking sites.

The returnees said that the returnees do not ask for charity from the government. They struggle abroad and send billions of dollars to Egypt, and do not represent a burden on the country in terms of living, jobs and support.

And considered some of Adeeb's message to the Egyptians is a message from the authority forced by the protests and clashes abroad to return the stranded Egyptians after it remained for weeks ignore them.

Others described Adib's statements as statements of an occupation regime and not a political system that takes into account the interests of his citizens.

Amr Adeeb established a new approach to the state officially yesterday, after they were not neglecting neglect and corruption, and all were completely and no one paid attention to rumors now. The issue remained with these conditions and the capabilities of the state and uh, we are trash and educated. Our conditions remained, and we will not work, and what they do not like is what they live in, as they answered from the other Stop

When the system exposed the videos of the people who filmed them in non-human places called a quarantine that mainly affects the disease, they

These are phrases that you can hear from the Israeli “occupier” addressing the Palestinians, and it is impossible to hear them from a media person speaking to his country’s people.

The most important criticism - albeit indirect - was another broadcaster close to the security services, Ahmed Moussa, as he defended the right of returnees to complain about poor service and inadequate quarantine places.

Moussa stressed that Egypt is a large country and has huge potentials. The inappropriate places should be closed immediately and the Egyptians transferred to other places, which are available, and the state does not fault the existence of some bad rooms.

He said that these returnees are the first line of defense of the system, and they did not delay all electoral and constitutional entitlements, and they were queuing in front of the funds in support of the system, and therefore full care must be provided for them.

Adeeb back down

In an attempt to bend in front of the storm, retreat and absolve the authority, but with face protection, the presenter, Amr Adib, came out yesterday to confirm that he is not speaking in the name of anyone, and that all he said is his personal opinion only.

Adeeb said that the Egyptians have the right to return to their country and receive them appropriately, but it only calls for enduring the difficult circumstances.

He stressed that he does not back down from his opinion, but all he asked for was to deal calmly and consider the conditions of the country.

Arguing Al- Jazeera and diverting attention from its attack, Adeeb devoted the first part of his episode to attacking Al-Jazeera and informing the Egyptian opposition, and they are the reason behind the crisis.

He also defended the accusations of the communication sites for him of interfering to transfer his son who was stranded in London and introducing the isolation at the expense of the state, indicating that he donated 250 thousand pounds to the "Long Live Egypt" fund before his son left the isolation, and he presented on the screen a receipt confirming this.

Because of Adeeb's nervous state, he used an external word to attack an anchor with "Al-Jazeera" channel and vowed to sue it, while conveying the views of the pioneers of the angry communication sites.
