Spokesperson for the Iraqi government: will exchange prisons with the United States without any preconditions
In an interview with local media, the Iranian government spokesperson Ali Rabbi stated that Iran is willing to exchange all prisoners with the United States without any prerequisites.
He said: "The US government knows our preparations and we don't need a mediator. If the US agrees, our relevant departments will convey our opinions to Washington."
