In New York, the number of child deaths from gangrene suspected of being linked to Corona19 has increased to three.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made the comments today (local time) at a news conference on Corona 19.

The number of deaths, including the five-year-old boy, has increased from two to three, which were known until the day before.

Governor Cuomo explained that three children all tested positive for the Corona 19 test or antibody test, but did not show any respiratory-related symptoms related to Corona 19 when they arrived at the hospital.

The odds previously reported in Europe, such as the United Kingdom and Italy, have been reported in New York since the end of last month.

Related gangrene is said to show symptoms of toxic shock or Kawasaki disease, accompanied by fever, skin rash and, in severe cases, inflammation of the heart's arteries.

Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile inflammatory disease that occurs in children and, if severe, causes heart failure.

In New York State, 73 children are currently experiencing symptoms.

New York State has undertaken investigations with the New York Genome Center and Rockefeller University, and is also working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Reuters says experts are investigating whether gangrene is related to corona19, but not all children with gangrene symptoms are infected with corona19.

Meanwhile, Corona19 deaths in New York State increased by 226 per day.
