While deconfinement begins Monday in France, administrations such as Pôle emploi or tax centers will drastically limit physical meetings. Virtual or telephone exchanges will therefore be privileged.

As of Monday, it will not yet be possible to go to the authorities to obtain information or to carry out procedures. Physical reception of users is not permitted, except by appointment.

These meetings can also be obtained only in the event of an emergency. For example, to unlock the file of a person in a fragile situation at the Family Allowance Fund or to deal with complicated subjects. If documents cannot be sent by email, the tax centers may accept an appointment. But as a general rule, contact by phone or internet (via personal space) will take precedence.
Pôle Emploi agencies open in a few days
The Pôle Emploi agencies will only reopen for the unemployed the week of May 18. Same operation: only emergency situations, linked for example to compensation problems, will be authorized.
