10 May 2020 The debate between the Government and the Conference of the Regions will be convened tomorrow to clarify the hypothesis of reopening from 18 May. This was announced by President Stefano Bonaccini, explaining that he had shared it with the Minister for Regional Affairs Francesco Boccia, after receiving "from many regional presidents the request to be sure that from 18 May they can reopen the businesses and commercial activities closed today, obviously based on the epidemiological trend and compliance with shared safety protocols ".

 "Sharing the spirit of the request and the need to have clarity, also in order to be able to give the due information in time, I shared with the Minister for Regional Affairs Francesco Boccia that tomorrow the debate between the Government and the Conference of the Regions will be convened", says Bonaccini .

10 governors: Certainties from the government or we reopen on their own
The governors of Abruzzo, Calabria, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Lombardy, Molise, Piedmont, Sardinia, Umbria, Veneto and the president of the Autonomous Province of Trento wrote to the President of the Conference of the Regions urging him "to urgently convene a meeting with the government for tomorrow in order to have absolute certainty that the INAIL lines for reopening are available by Wednesday and that from 18 May each territory will allow the restart. A prospect that, if disregarded, will lead to act autonomously ".
