Jenny Sutton thanked the Dubai Police General Headquarters for their response to the humanitarian situation of her family and for the return of her daughter to the United Arab Emirates after she was suspended in Liverpool, United Kingdom due to the restrictions on air traffic control to combat the spread of COVID-19.
Jenny Sutton recounted the suffering of Emily's discipline during the difficult six weeks when her daughter was unable to leave her university room in Liverpool.

"I have already reached a point where I was very concerned about her mental health," Sutton added.
On this occasion and my joy of returning my daughter, Emily, I cannot help thanking the Dubai Police General Command for their quick response to my request and seeking to meet my daughter again.
For her part, Emily expressed her happiness to return to the arms of her family and the reunion in Dubai, where she has lived for more than 12 years.
Emily thanked Dubai Police for its constant communication with them, for facilitating all procedures and facilitating access to Dubai.
