U.S. Secretary of State Announces Visit to Israel on May 13 at 11:04 on May 9

The US Department of State has announced that Secretary of State Pompei will visit Israel in the Middle East next week, and will resume foreign visits that had been out for more than a month because of the new coronavirus.

The US State Department announced on August 8 that Secretary of State Pompei will visit Israel on the 13th of this month.

During his stay, he will meet with Prime Minister Netanyahu and former Chief of Staff, Mr. Gantz, and discuss regional conditions such as countermeasures against the new coronavirus and response to hostile Iran.

The Trump administration has announced a Middle East peace plan in favor of Israel, with strong Palestinian backlash, and American media reports that the visit will also discuss a merger of the West Bank.

Secretary of State Pompei visited foreign countries since he visited Afghanistan and Qatar in late March, one and a half months ago. It is required to wear them and keep them at least 2 meters away from Secretary Pompeiio.

Within the Trump administration, President Trump himself is observing a mask factory in western Arizona on the 5th, and is showing signs of resuming the long-distance visits that he had been refraining from. There is also concern that the Vice President Pence's spokesman will be positive for the new coronavirus test and that the infection will spread in the administration's center.
