One of the relatives said they did not want to come into the room and clean up because of the risk of infection, both for them and partly for the person who then has to move into the room.

- They said they did not disinfect the rooms but that we could get a special cleaning agent for the cleaning. But how do they know that it has been properly cleaned by us since then, wonders the person, who wants to be anonymous.

- I expected them to say that we would not go in there at all. I don't want to take responsibility for cleaning this, what if someone else would move in and get infected.

Feel that they did not get an answer

The conversation that their family member passed away came late at night. Critical to staff exchanges

They are critical to staff being relocated between the accommodation and another accommodation where there was an established infection.

- How can you dare to bring in staff who work there to Boklunden where there was no infection then? In addition, hourly staff who do not know who is the manager or how much protective equipment you must have.

They say staff handed over a common phone to their family member without first cleaning it. So when they called a few days later, they asked for the phone to be wiped off before handing it over.

- Then I only got a short answer that you do not have time for such and that the department phone must be available for emergency calls. I definitely do not think that you should hand over a general department phone that is used by several to a resident.
