A British football fan loves his family after he woke up from a five-day coma due to the Corona virus, to ask about the results of his favorite team. Ross Fenwick, 63, had spent six weeks fighting the deadly virus, in the intensive care unit of the Royal Hospital, in Edinburgh.

After being placed on a ventilator, he went into a coma, before the United Kingdom closed its doors. When the British grandfather woke up, one of the first things he wanted to know was the result of his favorite Hibs FC, unaware that the epidemic had led to the cancellation of football matches around the world.

His relative, Sioban Ann said: "It was 6 weeks really hard, volatile and very worrisome, what we went through was almost like hell, so Ross never knew about the shutdown or anything until last week."

Sioban continued: "One of the first things he said was (What about Hibbs ?, And how is Hibs? And Hibs are not playing!).

A nurse sat next to him and told him what was happening in the world, after his coma; Fenwick knew new things from those around him, every day.

More than 6 weeks ago, a football-obsessed grandpa was diagnosed with a respiratory infection by his general practitioner at the end of March. When his condition deteriorated, he was diagnosed with coronavirus and was taken to hospital in an ambulance.
