He pointed out that the Family Tolerance Department succeeded in reaching reconciliation in 20 family cases, and referred 17 cases to the judiciary due to the inability to reconcile between the two parties, while 31 files are being circulated in the Tolerance Department, in order to reach a solution that satisfies both parties, within the cases it received in April the past.

He stated that there are seven steps to open a family case file in the Family Tolerance Department of the Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department, so that customers can obtain the service "remotely", without personal presence at the Courts headquarters.

He added that the first stage of the service is provided by receiving customer requests by the department employee via phone call, or through the application "WhatsApp", and in the second stage the family status form is sent to the first party (the complainant) to fill it out via e-mail or "WhatsApp" AB », and re-sent to the department employee, and in the third stage both parties receive a text message that includes the date of the session, and the name of the visual communication program.

He pointed out that in the fourth stage, the session is held by a family orientation specialist through direct visual communication techniques, in the presence of the two parties remotely from anywhere, and the fifth is to listen to the two parties and provide advice and guidance, then document the session in the department's electronic system, and sixthly if the agreement is approved by The two parties, a family specialist and the competent judge send an electronic copy to the two parties.
