The campaign of the last Democratic candidate for the White House continues to be tarnished by his accuser, Tara Reade. She invited, Thursday, May 7, Joe Biden to abandon the US presidential election next November.
The 56-year-old woman accuses the former vice-president of Barack Obama of having sexually assaulted her in a corridor of the American Congress in 1993, when he was a senator and that she worked as an assistant for him. She told several American media, including the New York Times and the Washington Post , that Joe Biden had blocked her against a wall and slipped her hands under her blouse and skirt. He denied these accusations.
In an interview with former NBC and Fox News reporter Megyn Kelly, who posted video clips on Twitter, Tara Reade addresses Joe Biden and requests that he withdraw from the White House race and to be held responsible for his actions.

- Megyn Kelly (@megynkelly) May 7, 2020"I would like him to do it, but he will not do it," assured the accuser, saying that it was "a little late" for him to apologize.
"Inconsistencies", according to the Biden clan
Reacting to Tara Reade's latest statements, Joe Biden's deputy campaign director Kate Bedingfield highlighted "more and more inconsistencies are emerging" from this story. She did not mention the presidential election in the press release.
Tara Reade has in the past publicly supported Bernie Sanders, the Democratic primary candidate who admitted defeat to Joe Biden. Since his abandonment in early April, the former vice-president is alone on the Democratic side to face Donald Trump in the presidential election on November 3. He leads the way in the latest polls, taking advantage of criticism against the president's handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
