The housing market is already affected by the corona pandemic. The latest forecasts show that housing prices could fall by up to 15 percent this year. According to Swedish real estate statistics, only in April housing prices fell by 1 per cent at the national level, and the number of condominiums sold fell dramatically in March, according to new figures from Real Estate Statistics.
