This Friday, May 8, in Your big evening newspaper between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., an unpublished audio documentary will be broadcast on the story of the coronavirus health crisis, two days before the start of deconfinement. This documentary, produced using our sound archives, is also available as a podcast.

4 months ago, the virus hit China before causing the world pandemic we know. A story where science and politics have not always spoken with one voice, where the expectation of a vaccine and treatments has often rubbed shoulders with intimate anxieties ... Through the collection of 450 archives carried out by the Europe 1 documentation service and exclusive testimonials, the sound documentary  "Coronavirus: tale of a world that has changed" has been  tracing this incredible story since January.

Exclusive testimonies to political contradictions, from teleworking for millions of French people to scientists caught in the infernal race in search of a vaccine, Europe 1 unveils an audio documentary on this health disaster that shook the world, and whose economic repercussions are unprecedented.

The entire documentary is broadcast on  Friday 8 May from 6 p.m. in "Your big evening newspaper"  hosted by Nathalie Levy, guided by the comments of journalist Laure Dautriche. Surrounded by Nicolas Bouzou and Jean Viard who will decipher these events at the microphone of Europe 1, Nathalie Levy will also collect the testimonies of caregivers on the front line of the health crisis.

The documentary will also be available from May 8 in a podcast version in six episodes on Europe 1.fr, Apple podcasts, Google podcasts and all the usual listening platforms.
