Earlier, the UK announced the detention of an entrepreneur, a former deputy of the legislative assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Anatoly Bykov.
According to investigators, he was involved in organizing a double murder in 1994: he commissioned the organization of the murder of Alexander Naumov and Kirill Voitenko.
