Head of occupational health care: "We all receive"

That it has been burdened with occupational health care now, how do you look at it?

- That's partly true, but as it looks now, we have the opportunity to receive everyone who contacts us. The psychologists who work a lot with support for employees have switched and have digital meetings. We have been able to continue to meet our patients to a great extent, says Karolina Trygg, psychologist and group manager for occupational health care at Scania.

Do you think you are more prepared now compared to the financial crisis of 2008?

- The situation we are in now we have never been to before, so it is difficult to completely compare with 2008. Then we invested a lot in education and today we can to a greater extent continue with our job just because we are more digital.
