Al-Jarwan told Al-Emarat Al-Youm that the crescent of the month of Shawwal 1441 will be born on Friday, May 22, 2020 at 21:39, i.e. after sunset, and it will be seen on Saturday evening, May Sunday, May 24, 2020, by the beginning of Shawwal, and by this it is expected that he will complete the month of Ramadan 30 Days.
He added that usually the month of Ramadan (and any month in the Hijri calendar) lasts approximately 3 years in the same calendar month, so it is expected that the month of Ramadan 1442 AH begins on April 13, 2021, and Ramadan 1443 AH on April 2, 2022.


And he expected the agreement of the majority of the Arab countries by surprise, because the age of the crescent at sunset on Saturday evening, May 23, is greater than 20 hours in most of the Arab countries.
