Northern Fleet ships began exercises in the Barents Sea

“In the training ranges of the Northern Fleet in the Barents Sea, a naval search and strike group began conducting tactical exercises to search for and destroy a submarine of a conditional enemy,” TASS quoted the message as saying.

The exercises also involved IL-38 anti-submarine aircraft of the Air Force and Northern Fleet Air Defense.
