The Social Committee's decision is valid from May 11 to September 30, Motala Municipality writes on its site.

SVT Nyheter Öst has previously told about Norrköping who made the decision not to perform home service for people temporarily staying in the municipality and Gotland who appeal to people not to go to the island if they are in need of care.

Motala municipality refers to the ongoing pandemic, which poses a high risk of infection in the municipality's social management. Parts of the staff fall ill at the same time as the need for intervention increases, says the municipality.
