The universities are preparing for distance education even in the fall

According to Ekot, among others, the University of Borås has already decided to receive their students digitally. But Linköping University's starting point is to teach the students on campus. But you have preparedness for distance learning, but at the same time you have stopped the exchange studies this fall.

- We plan to have a location where we plan to be able to return to regular operations from the autumn term. But that all activities that happen then that are linked to this academic year are still in distance mode, says Joakim Nejdeby, Chief of Staff at Linköping University.

At Campus Gotland, things look a little different depending on the program. According to Olle Jansson, rector's council at Campus Gotland, for example, game design education has already decided to have the education at a distance even in the fall.

- There is a great deal of uncertainty about how the corona situation will be at the beginning of autumn in Gotland. But we take heed to be able to continue at a distance, but a final decision will be made later, he says.
