The department indicated that in the event that the guardian delays or fails to pay the school fees due, the school can follow the procedures specified in the special school policy guide issued by the department, which states that the student may not be dismissed from the school because of the late payment of school fees, but the school may The student shall be suspended temporarily for a period of up to three days, after a guardian has been warned three times, a written warning of one week each time.

She pointed out that the school may also withhold the result from the student and refrain from cashing transfer certificates or withholding the transfer of the student on the student’s electronic information system or refrain from registering it until the settlement of the fees, but it is not permissible to deny any student from entering the exams of the last semester or year Or any exam scheduled during the year because he did not pay school fees.

The department confirmed that it did not delay in reviewing the applications, as the period that elapsed from the final date of receiving the requests did not exceed five working days, noting that thousands of applications were reviewed, which requires accuracy to ensure that the beneficiaries get support.

The department indicated that it directed private schools that find difficulties in collecting tuition fees from students ’families to postpone their procedures until the review of applications submitted by schools within the“ Together We Are Good ”program is completed, and this delay period applies only to the families of students who have met the specified conditions during the process Submission of the application.
