China News Service, Beijing, May 6th (Guo Chaokai) A reporter learned from China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation on the 6th that China's new-generation manned spacecraft test ship is working normally on orbit.

  After the new-generation manned spacecraft test ship was launched on May 5th on the Long March V-5 B carrier rocket, it completed the deployment of solar windsurfing and the acquisition of the sun, the deployment of relay antennas and the establishment of relay communication links and four autonomous Rail control and other tasks.

  At present, the new-generation manned spacecraft test ship has stable attitude, normal power supply, measurement and control links, etc. The whole ship is in good condition and is flying normally on a large elliptical orbit. Subsequent to the plan, three orbital lifts will be implemented, and finally the brakes will be carried out at a remote location before returning to the intended landing zone.

  According to reports, the new generation of manned spacecraft test ship is a new generation of space shuttle for the operation of the Chinese space station and the future manned lunar exploration needs. Key technologies such as umbrella recycling and partial reuse are verified. According to the flight procedures, the new-generation manned spacecraft test ship plans to return to the Dongfeng landing site on May 8 after completing the on-orbit test. (Finish)
