“The head of state signed the corresponding decree on May 5, 2020,” the message said.

It is noted that the delegation will be led by the former president of the country and the representative of Kiev in the contact group on the Donbass Leonid Kuchma.

At the same time, the country's first deputy head of the delegation was appointed deputy prime minister, minister for the issues of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine Alexey Reznikov. 

Also, Ukraine will be represented by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy, Alexander Merezhko, the head of the Rada Committee on Legal Policy, Andrei Kostin, the Deputy Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko and the head of the Ukrainian Parliament Committee on Social Policy and Protection of the Rights of Veterans Galina Tretyakova. 

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called on Kiev and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics to take new measures for a truce.
