Cohen said that it is not yet possible to determine whether this man is the first French patient with new coronary pneumonia, and he recommends that other hospitals also re-examine samples of pneumonia patients that remain.
This discovery pushed forward the time of the first new crown case diagnosed in France by almost a month. The French Ministry of Health announced on January 24 that three cases of new coronavirus infection were diagnosed, which was also the first reported case of a new coronavirus infection in Europe.
