The shooting took place at a restaurant at Medborgarplatsen, TT police say. The alarm came at 22.26 on Sunday evening.
The injured person was taken to hospital by ambulance. According to the police, the damage situation is unclear.
The police are on site to investigate the case. A preliminary investigation into murder attempts has been initiated.
