03 May 2020 In Lombardy, parks reopen, albeit with the ban on gathering, the use of play areas and sports equipment and the obligation to respect social distances. 900,000 people will return to work.

The governor of Liguria Giovanni Toti is thinking of allowing "to go by boat in a limited number of people, to be able to leave the municipality" to shop or "move by car to go to play sports". Instead, it will postpone any hairdressers, beauticians and restaurants openings until 11 May. 

Genoa reopens parks, beaches and walks by the sea. From Monday mandatory use of the mask in Piedmont "in all closed places with public access". On public transport, which will be 50% active, they will be distributed free of charge for those who will be without. Green light for take-away food, but not in Turin, where it will be possible from 9 May. Professional studies and grooming activities for pets also start again. 

In Valle d'Aosta, however, a new ordinance aims to ease the restrictions especially for mountain professionals.

Green light instead for libraries to lend books, although some municipalities, starting from Bologna, will keep them closed. Ok also for access to second homes, as long as within the same province, alone and in the day.

Production recovery for large industries or for non-exporting companies in Tuscany, where there will also be the 'controlled' reopening of parks and cemeteries. In Florence the cathedral reopens for personal prayer, and some parks such as the Cascine. Gloves must be worn on the bus and tramway.

In Lazio extended hours of public transport and supermarkets, take away and smart working are the certainties. Future rules for bars and restaurants are being studied, and the highly anticipated rules for bathing establishments, where the limited number is offered, and hairdressers. In all places open to the public indoors there will be an obligation to wear a mask. The movie sets also reopen, but they will be armored.

From Monday the beaches in the Marche will reopen, but only for walking and doing physical activities. Free access also in parks and green areas which will however remain closed in Ancona until 7 May. In the capital there is also a ban on access to the beaches until May 18.

The governor of Campania De Luca gives the go-ahead to take-away food, walks without time limits and the possibility of running. Also allowed the maintenance and storage activities and also the delivery of the boats.

In Puglia, go-ahead for amateur fishing and the re-opening of the animal grooming exercises: it will also be possible to reach the second houses, but only for maintenance, as well as movements in the region for the repair of pleasure boats will be authorized.

From April 30 bars and restaurants are open in Calabria, in an arm wrestling with the government that has announced a warning. Finally, Umbria, Abruzzo and Molise will basically follow the indications of the Dpcm, as well as Basilicata which still has home isolation and mandatory swabs for those returning from outside.
