The program pointed out that employment is being examined in its construction projects, at a rate of more than 500 workers per day, before entering the work sites, as well as when they leave, as precautionary measures to reduce the possibility of infection with the emerging corona virus (Covid-19).

The program applies health and safety requirements in the implementation of its projects, through four procedures: Divide activities in construction sites into separate areas, to ensure reduced worker clusters and achieve physical distance, and obligate contractors to move workers from housing to sites, not to exceed 25% of The capacity of buses at one time, as well as obliging everyone to apply personal protection measures such as wearing masks and gloves, in addition to periodic sterilization of the sites and offices affiliated with them.

The program pointed to achieving high completion rates in the implementation of residential neighborhood projects, which are distributed over four emirates: Dubai with 341 homes, the completion rate for all groups reached 80%, Sharjah with 818 homes, the completion rate for all groups 60%, and Ajman with 899 homes, and the completion rate For all groups 52%, Ras Al-Khaimah with 960 residences and completion rate for all groups 73%.
