by Tiziana Di Giovannandrea 02 May 2020 The ABI-Italian Banking Association has prepared a document-handbook as "Simplified unified text". The document collects all the rules issued by the various authorities and bodies involved in the correct application of the Law Decree of 8 April n. 23/2020 aimed at providing liquidity loans, with public guarantee, to companies and professionals affected by the effects of Corononavirus.

The same Banking Association directed by Antonio Patuanelli gave the news. The fundamental purpose is to clarify which is the easiest way to obtain a loan from interested entrepreneurs and professionals who turn to a banking institution and give rules to follow, certain and unambiguous, to all banks.

The text was sent as a circular to banks in order to facilitate the use and application of the measures and provides an overview of the various clarifications that, from the entry into force of the decree-law 23/2020 and after the authorization of the European Commission, were provided by the Ministry of Economy (MEF), that of Economic Development (Mise), Mediocredito Centrale (MCC), Sace Simest of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti group, Bank of Italy and Abi itself.

The document is available on the website of the Italian Banking Association.
