Yesterday, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced the registration of three new deaths from the emerging coronavirus, bringing the total deaths of the virus in the country to 33 cases.

The Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) quoted the official spokesman of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, as saying that the three deaths of residents were receiving the necessary medical care in intensive care.

He pointed to the registration of 242 new cases of the virus, bringing the total cases of the virus in the country to 4,619 cases.

The Kuwaiti Minister of Health, Dr. Basil Hammoud Al-Sabah, announced earlier today that 101 cases have recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total of those who have recovered from the virus in the country to 1703 cases.

For its part, the Federal Ministry of Health in Sudan announced yesterday that it recorded five new deaths from the emerging corona virus, bringing the total deaths from the virus in the country to 36 cases.

The ministry said, in a statement, that the deaths were recorded in the states of Khartoum and Al-Jazeera. She pointed to the registration of 91 new cases of the virus, bringing the total infections to 533 cases, pointing to the recovery of seven infected people, bringing the total number of people recovering to 46.

And in Beirut, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced yesterday that it recorded a new death in the newly created Corona virus during the past 24 years, taking the total number of deaths in the country to 25. The ministry said, in a statement, that four new infections were recorded, taking the total HIV infection in the country to 733 cases.

For its part, the mayor of Tunis, Souad Abdel Rahim, said that distributions of thousands of gags started yesterday in preparation for lifting the quarantine due tomorrow in the famous antique markets. The mayor said that 10,000 masks would be distributed free of charge throughout the city, in cooperation with civil society organizations, including the Tunisian Red Crescent.
