Israeli aircraft bombed sites of the Syrian government forces, in the Quneitra Governorate, in southern Syria, yesterday morning.

Also yesterday, an Israeli bombing targeted a Lebanese Hezbollah armory inside a camp on the Homs-Palmyra road, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, while Damascus spoke of a "human error" inside the site, which resulted in human and material losses.

The director of the observatory, Rami Abdel Rahman, said that "an Israeli bombardment targeted a warehouse of ammunition and missiles, belonging to the Lebanese (Hezbollah) inside the camp, which caused violent explosions, fragments of which fell to the city of Homs."

The governor of Homs, Talal Al-Barazi, had stated, in statements to official Syrian television, that "a military barrack for the Syrian army, in the east of the city of Homs, had been attacked, the nature of which has not been known yet."

Later, the official media quoted a military source as saying: “successive explosions were heard at one of our military locations in the city of Homs, and after the completion of investigations, it was revealed that the explosions occurred due to a human error, when transporting some ammunition.”

This led, according to the source, "to material and human losses, as a result of the explosion of several shells, the splinter of which was scattered outside the military site, and the injury of a number of civilians with different wounds", without specifying any other details.

On the other hand, the explosion of a warehouse of domestic gas cylinders destroyed several houses in the town of Tabl in the western countryside of Aleppo.

Local sources said that "three houses were almost completely destroyed, and more than 15 houses were damaged by the explosion of a warehouse containing dozens of cylinders of domestic gas, which exploded yesterday morning."
