“In the period from December 2019 to February 2020, the company purchased three-layer protective masks from the manufacturer at a price of 7.29 rubles per 1 piece. At the same time, the selling price of masks for this period increased to 957%, ”the FAS press release said.

The general director of the company was warned about the inadmissibility of violating the requirements of antitrust laws and about administrative liability in case of non-compliance.

In addition, the FAS reported this fact to the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region in order to attract responsible persons to criminal punishment.
