The aim of the project under consideration, as follows from the text, is to facilitate dialogue between non-governmental organizations (NGOs), citizens and state bodies in the course of decision-making.
In addition, the European initiative involves strengthening the capacity of NGOs in the field of reform and promoting the development of “innovative means of ensuring civic participation”.
The tender announced in the framework of the CE project is divided into two areas.
“First: providing legal and political advice, evaluating legislation, guidelines and recommendations on civic participation. Second: capacity building and advanced training of representatives of state bodies and civil society in the field of civic participation, ”the text says.
Citizens with higher education in the field of sociology, political science, public administration, fluent in English or French, as well as having the necessary work experience, can take part in the competition.
Earlier it was reported that the Council of Europe announced a tender for consulting services aimed at improving the work of the State Bureau of Investigation (GBR) of Ukraine.
It was assumed that the relevant project would be aimed, inter alia, at promoting the institutional development of the RRG in order to ensure an effective fight against inappropriate treatment of citizens of the country.
