The Ministry will work to implement central tests, in anticipation of any emergency, in the event that students encounter certain difficulties that did not enable them to attend the basic test.

The guide, which was finally approved by the Ministry, and «Today’s Emirates», obtained a copy of it, the timetable for education and evaluation during the third semester according to weeks, as the time period for this semester is 14 weeks, it started on the fifth of last April, and will continue until the ninth of next July , Which is the last day for school teachers and administrators.

The timetable indicated that the first week of the third semester was devoted to preparing students and introducing them to educational platforms for smart learning, with the beginning of teaching processes, and in the eighth week (between 24 and 28 May this year), education operations are completed in days that are not on vacation, without Implementing formative or concluding assessments.

The guide pointed out that the second of July is the end date for students, then the smart summer classes start from week 14 until week 18 (in the period from the fifth of July to the sixth of August), and for a month.

The guide mentioned six criteria for applying the evaluation policy, namely the degree (weight) of the third semester of the whole year, 35% for grades from first to fourth, and 45% for grades from fifth to twelfth, in addition to the student’s degree at the end of the current academic year will be the outcome of weights (Degrees) the three seasons.

The controls also include that students who do not pass any academic subject at the end of the current school year in grades four to eleven, can enroll in smart classes, during the period between the fifth of July and the sixth of August, to complete the subject that they did not pass, and their assessments.

One of the controls of applying the evaluation policy is that at the end of the school year, the student gets an electronic report of the end-of-year result through the student portal in the Al-Manhal system, and she does with any study subject in which no grade for the student was observed during the three semesters (for any reason). , That the student joins the smart summer classes to complete the study subject and its assessments, and finally the student in grades four to eleven is allowed to improve his rate by 10% in the subjects of the Arabic and English languages ​​and mathematics, by joining the teaching and evaluation processes in the smart summer classes.

The Ministry of Education has issued a guide for each academic subject, explaining the methods and mechanism of remote evaluation, whether for short or final exams, in addition to measuring student interaction during distance learning classes, and their application of accompanying activities.
