It is understood that Yinchuan promulgated the "Yinchuan City Online Booking Taxi Operation Service Management Implementation Rules" for the first time in April 2017, marking the development of online car-hailing norms on the legal track. The "Rules" issued and implemented this time totaled 23 articles, including the development principles and requirements of online car-hailing, the online car-hailing platform and the licensing conditions of vehicles and drivers, and the supervision and management mechanism. Mainly adjusted the standard of registered car types to meet the personalized needs of residents; lowered the standard of car-hailing vehicles to meet the actual economic development level and consumption needs of Yinchuan City; extended the vehicle driving license from the initial registration date to the time of application The time limit is to meet the market reality; the mandatory high proportion of new energy vehicles has been eliminated to meet the policy requirements and industry reality.
