It was in February that the woman killed the older man by choking him with a pillow. In interrogation she has told her that she lived with the man for a time, when he promised to help her find her own apartment.

That day she wanted to go and look at the apartment, but when he didn't want to, she was furious.

- She has told in the interrogation that the man said he was tired and not able to cope. Then she gets really angry and and pushes him to the floor. She strikes a blow against him as he lies down and she presses a pillow over his face, prosecutor Yvonne Rudinsson tells SVT.

Tearing apart their clothes

The woman further describes that she then dragged the man into the bedroom where she repeated the suffocation with the pillow. She has also used her hand to hold the man's mouth and nose.

After she thinks the man is dead, she has torn both his clothes and his clothes. She also pulls down the man's pants. The idea was to claim that she was subjected to a rape attempt. Something she also says in a first interview.

"She tells in a first hearing that it was a rape attempt, but in the next hearing she says it is not true and admits that she killed her husband," says Yvonne Rudinsson.

According to Yvonne Rudinsson, the woman's story agrees with other evidence found at the scene.

The woman acknowledges that she has taken the life of the man, but has not taken a position on the criminalization of murder.
