A California State Police officer hit a 14-year-old boy who was refractory.

The boy, however, was attracted attention by acting as an adult, saying, "I hope we can have a good relationship with the policeman again" because he was not able to cooperate properly with the police.

According to CNN Broadcasting and Fox News, Twitter posted a video on the previous day that the police lay a boy with an attack on the ground and hit the boy's chest with a fist several times. The boy's sister who posted this video wrote on Twitter, "My brother is a 14-year-old boy with heart disease."

The 15-second video, spread over time on social media, recorded more than 2 million views, CNN said.

As the controversy spread, the police station in Rancho Cordoba, California, to which the police officer in question belonged, issued a statement and explained the situation.

On the 27th, the policeman, who was reported to be selling alcohol, tobacco, and drugs to a minor, went on patrol, witnessed two people on the street exchanging something.

As the police officer approached the scene, one of them fled, and the policeman questioned what had happened to the boy.

When the boy with the cigarette refused to respond to the checkpoint, the policeman handcuffed the boy with excessive physical force.

After that, the boy was taken to the police station for investigation and was not handed over to the guardian.

The police said, "The police did not know the boy's age, and the boy did not follow the police's instructions." He said, "We continue to investigate to fully and thoroughly understand the police's use of force."

The boy who was beaten said in an interview with the local media that "the police officers have no right to do that to me."
