Mishustin became infected with coronavirus

“Vladimir Vladimirovich, it has just become known that the tests that I passed for coronavirus gave a positive result,” said the Prime Minister.

He noted that he must comply with self-isolation, follow the instructions of doctors.  

“The government will continue to work normally. And I plan to be in active contact with colleagues by phone and video ... I’m proposing the candidacy of Andrei Belousov as an interim, ”he added.

Putin wished Mishustin to recover as quickly as possible.

At the end of March, it became known that an employee who might have been infected with the coronavirus was checked in the government apparatus.
