If there is no data to prove the effectiveness of Covid-Organics to treat coronavirus patients since clinical studies are still in progress, Equatorial Guinea has received a donation of just over 10,000 doses of this remedy. According to the Malagasy presidency, several countries of the continent have expressed their interest in this decoction based on Artemisia, a plant used in particular in antimalarial drugs.

A plane from Guinea-Bissau must land today on the Big Island. During his interview with Andry Rajoelina, Umaro Sissoco Embalo, the Head of State of Guinea-Bissau, said that "  he could collect the packages in Madagascar and distribute them to the members of the ECOWAS, ie 15 countries . This has already been agreed with Senegal and Togo in particular  ", specifies the director of cabinet of the Madagascan presidency, Lova Hasinirina Ranoromaro

Again it will be a gift from Madagascar. The reason: "  The head of state wishes to show solidarity with his African brothers  ", she points out. The quantity is not specified, but "  we will ensure that it is adequate with the number of patients and the needs of each country  ", concludes the director of cabinet.
