As France prepares for its deconfinement, the tourism sector remains in uncertainty. Franck Louvrier, vice-president of the Pays de la Loire region in charge of tourism and leading the municipal elections in La Baule, was the guest of Europe 1 on Thursday. He called on the government to prepare a "beach plan".

The tourism sector, already heavily affected by the coronavirus, is awaiting instructions concerning the summer season. Franck Louvrier, vice-president of the Pays de la Loire region in charge of tourism and leading municipal authorities in La Baule, called on the government to prepare a "beach plan" on Thursday for Europe 1. "The government must put in place a national 'beach plan' [...] to find out what measures are to be implemented ".
