Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe delivered a policy to extend the emergency declaration period to the 6th of next month to the chief of the Liberal Democratic Party, Tokai Hiroshi, NHK and Kyodo reported.

According to reports, Prime Minister Abe met with the president of Nakai and the representative of Motoo Hayashi's Liberal Democratic Party at the prime minister's office this afternoon (30th) to convey this policy.

Prime Minister Hayashi said the extension period and target area will be finalized after hearing expert opinions.

Earlier, Prime Minister Abe expressed his perception that even if he attended the budget committee of the House of Representatives on this day, it is difficult to completely eliminate the emergency in its current state.

Prime Minister Abe expanded the emergency to all regions of the country on the 16th after declaring the emergency to seven prefectures in Tokyo on the 7th.

As a result of the emergency declaration, there were requests to refrain from going out of the Japanese archipelago and requests to restrict the use of entertainment facilities.

Abe is expected to make the final decision regarding the extension of the emergency after confirming the opinions and Corona 19 at the expert meeting held next month.
