“Putin has already voiced his attitude. He said that he understood that he no longer had the strength to tolerate this self-isolation, but, on the other hand, he urged everyone to all come together and sit in this regime for the rest of the week, the remaining days before being accepted decisions on a phased exit, ”he said.

“We will adequately and quickly take measures to reduce self-isolation”

“It is very important for us to provide maximum assistance so that masks are constantly available in our pharmacies and commercial units. Control will be tightened in stages, ”said Vorobyov.

At the same time, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, on the Russia 24 television channel, admitted that the city could reach a peak in incidence of COVID-19, and then it will decline.

“If you look at the days to days of the last days 5,6,7, you get the feeling that the situation has stabilized. Every day 2.5-3 thousand sick, there is no such thing as growth, ”said the mayor.

At the same time, in his opinion, regarding the situation with the coronavirus itself, Moscow has only gone a quarter of the way, and the city is still waiting for great tests.

“Let's take care of ourselves, family and friends. Let's comply with the requirements that are. Well, if we see that our situation is improving, of course, we will adequately and quickly take measures to reduce self-isolation, ”Sobyanin added.
