The priest of the parish of San Pablo, in the Fuentepiña neighborhood of the city of Huelva, has been the subject of an assault on his house, which was accessed by unknown persons who, after attacking him, stole the keys to the church from where, later, they took the money that was in the brush.

The events, as reported by sources from the National Police and the Bishopric of Huelva, took place on Tuesday night, the corresponding complaint having been filed yesterday.

The priest was at his house when several people entered and attacked him to steal his mobile and the little money he had; They also got hold of the keys to the parish.

The alleged thieves left the house, leaving the priest wounded, who had to be taken to a hospital center to receive health care, and went to the church, where they entered and stole the money that was in the brush.

This Wednesday, agents of the National Police have traveled to the home and the parish to carry out an eye inspection in order to obtain any indication that may help them find those responsible for the assault.
