second additional budgetary plan for the payment of all national emergency disaster relief funds was decided at the plenary session of the National Assembly.

Accordingly, by the middle of next month, an emergency disaster support fund of 1 million won will be paid to all citizens on a four-person basis.

The size of the second supplementary plan was 12 trillion and 200 billion won, an increase of 4,600 trillion won from the original government plan targeting 70% of households with low income.

Of the increased amount, KRW 3,400 billion is issued by government bonds, and KRW 1.2 trillion is provided through restructuring of appropriations.

The amount of government bond issuance has been reduced by 200 billion won from the government's proposal, but the government has decided to cut the annual compensation cost for public officials and reduce the budget allocated to slow-moving national highways and railroad projects.

The n-room recurrence prevention law also crossed the threshold of the National Assembly.

Currently, children and adolescents are punished even if they have sexual exploitation, but in the future, it has been expanded to include all sexual exploitation and punishment for viewing.

It also includes raising the age of underage victims who are considered sexual assaults from under 13 to under 16, even if they agree to have sex with them.

The Internet Professional Banking Law, which was criticized as the kt's preferential law because kt violated the Fair Trade Act and opened the way to become a major shareholder of the Internet bank, was passed at the plenary session.
