A number of Sudanese have called on social media to introduce a Sudanese "Ajjour" (Faqous) of a record size that exceeds the height of a child's Guinness Book of Records.

According to Al-Sudani newspaper, many of those calling for the introduction of the Guinness Book of Records described it as a natural, non-genetically modified, Sudanese pastry, without artificial fertilizers, planted and grown naturally in fertile soil and natural waters.

The picture showed the magnitude of this type of vegetable, which sparked talk about soil fertility in Sudan.
