In particular, it is assumed that from July 1, 2021, a moratorium on the sale of agricultural land will be lifted. The first two years only Ukrainian citizens can buy them, but no more than 100 hectares in one hand, and from 2024 - Ukrainian legal entities, no more than 10 thousand hectares.
The project was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in late March.
