China News Service, April 29, according to the website of the Chinese Embassy in the UAE, according to the unified domestic deployment, the Embassy in the UAE intends to actively strive to arrange for Chinese citizens stranded in serious difficulties to return to China on temporary flights. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. For the crowd and priority
(1) International students whose guardians or immediate family members are not in Afghanistan, among them, underage students, graduates who cannot continue to stay in Afghanistan due to the closure of the school dormitory or apartment, or graduates who have completed their studies in Afghanistan and do not need to return to Afghanistan are preferred. (Return to Afghanistan in time to continue education, the relevant responsibility is at your own risk);
(2) Elderly people over 65 years old or those with serious illnesses who urgently need to return to the country for medical treatment; pregnant women who are unable to undergo local obstetric examination; disabled persons without a source of living;
(3) Temporary people staying in Afghanistan in serious difficulties.
2. The following persons are temporarily not included in the scope of taking temporary flights
(1) Patients diagnosed with New Coronary Pneumonia, close contacts, those with fever and other infectious diseases;
(2) Minors studying abroad accompanied by parents;
(3) Public students and visiting scholars;
(4) Diplomats and family members of the embassy or consulate in the UAE (whether or not they are adults).
Three, matters needing attention
(1) Home protection and reducing mobility are the safest self-protection methods during an epidemic. The cabin space is confined, people are dense, the journey is long, and there is a great risk of cross-infection.
(2) In order to ensure public health and safety, those who have symptoms of fever and cough or close contact with new coronary pneumonia in the past 14 days are not allowed to book and take a flight. If the new coronavirus test is positive before boarding or the body temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees (inclusive) or there are suspected symptoms, the airline will refuse to board the plane, and the responsibility will be borne by the relevant personnel;
(3) Strict quarantine inspection will be conducted at the port of entry. Once a passenger who conceals his illness and contact history or finds that he has taken antipyretics and other inhibitory drugs during the quarantine inspection is found, he will be held liable for the crime of endangering public safety;
(4) Temporary flight tickets and isolation fees for returning home are at their own expense, and the ticket costs are determined by the airline in accordance with market principles;
(V) Recently, the flying airline will arrange for someone to call for ticket purchase. Please keep your mobile phone unblocked. If you fail to answer the call or complete the ticket purchase within the time limit set by the airline, you will be deemed to have given up this flight;
(6) Eligible passengers must sign the "Responsibility Commitment" (see the attachment, the passenger must sign on each page of the commitment), and those who are unwilling to sign or fail to fulfill the commitment will not be allowed to board the aircraft.
4. The Embassy in the UAE will continue to provide consular protection and assistance to Chinese citizens who adhere to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
